MySQL databases and phpMyAdmin
Create databases, users and import or export.
- 1Control panel → MySQL Databases.
- 2Create a database and a user with a strong password.
- 3Use the database host exactly as shown there. It isn't always localhost.
- phpMyAdmin: press phpMyAdmin next to your database to browse tables.
- Export: phpMyAdmin → Export → download the .sql file.
- Import: create an empty database, open it in phpMyAdmin → Import → choose your .sql file.
Back up first (Settings & backups → Back up now). Database changes can't be undone.
